On the Customer List page you will find a list of all customers you have inserted in CustomerBase. Scroll down to the customer you need and click on the small arrow in front of the name or the name of the company to go to the Customer Card for the selected company.

Correspondence Card
You can write your letters directly in the CustomerBase program. By doing so you will keep a direct link to the customer and all letters are saved together with the customer. You can choose to print the letter or mail is using your standard mail program - you just select the type before you hit the send/print bottom.

Magazine Card
The CustomerBase can customized for any type of firms. The demo and standard solution have a Magazine Card. Here you can insert information about any print jobs you make for the customer and define the work in many details.

Order Card
From the Customer Card you can go to the Order Card. You choose if you want to open an old order or need to make a new order.
If you click the line of an already made order the Order Card will open on the selected order. You can of cause make changes to the order or you can print it for sending it to the customer.
You can also mark the Paid In Full box and write the date of the payment. When this is done you will se a white fly's leg on a green background that mark that the order is paid.
On the Customer Card the order is now moved to the bottom of the list, so any orders that are not paid are at the top (all sorted by date).
If you choose to make a new order you will also go to the Order Card. It is automatically filled with information regarding the customer. Fill out with the subject, any number of products (you can insert your own products on the Product Card) and see that the total is corrected automatically.
When the order is finished you can return to the Customer Card or print the order.
You cannot change the currency, VAT and customer name at the Order Card - this can only be changed on the Customer Card - already added orders are not effected by changes made on the Customer Card.

Product Card
CustomerBase have a complete solution for your products. From the Front (home) page you can enter the Product List and from there go to the Product Card.
Add any product, set the price and if you buy the product from a supplier, set the amount of profit you need to have on the product.
You can of cause insert a picture of the product and write a clear description about it. This will help you later on, when you talk to a customer about a product - you can quickly find the product and read about it.
The supplier can be added to the Customer Card as a supplier. On the Customer Card Main you just select Supplier. This will result in all pages will get a green line and green arrows - this way you can easy see that the company is a supplier and not a customer.

We can even make it possible to insert video, sound, picture and link to other kind of documents that you need to access from CustomerBase.

Limitation
In the licensed program you can print different reports: Customer Card, list of customers, order list, order card, reports from the job and more.
You can only add 5 new customers in the demo.

The technology
CustomerBase is based on the program FileMaker. The demo will work on every computer with Windows NT, Windows 2000, ME and XP.
If you have FileMaker Pro 5 or newer you can order the FileMaker files, and you can use CustomerBase in the program.
If you want to share the CustomerBase on a local net you will need to buy and install the FileMaker program. Please read more about the FileMaker database program at www.filemaker.com.

The demo
The demo is a runtime version with only one limitation - you can only make 5 new Customer Cards. In the full version there are no limitations of the amount of records you can make.
Installer and uninstaller are included.

Import data
If you have your records written in another database to day you can import those into the CustomerBase - the program supports most databases.
Check it out by selecting Import in the file menu. We offer to test the import of data or to make the import to our database.
