This licens agreement DO NOT applied to any software sold by Graphicalic Denmark. Especially the software known as Music Catalogue, Movie Catalogue, E-Library, Perfect Wine, CustomerBase, Organisation Research and InvestigateBase are only to be bought to be used on one computer at anytime. Any software also the above mentioned that can be downloaded from the site of Graphicalic Denmark is free for personal use only or for testing the software before buying.
Use of the SOFTWARE is contingent on your agreement to the following terms:
GRANT OF LICENSE
Graphicalic Denmark grants you a limited non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE. The license fee is a flexible pricing schedule that may be imposed and altered at any time. At this moment the license fee is free for the software found on the site. The Organizing software is also offered as licensed software, this licens is to be paid for though the site and the licensed for the bougt software will follow the software.
For any free software you agree to pay any such licensing fee that may be imposed in the future or to remove the SOFTWARE from your site immediately. Graphicalic Denmark is not obligated to supply any support whatsoever. Graphicalic Denmark reserves the right to revoke this License and or restrict the use of the SOFTWARE on a website or its distribution at any time, for any reason. The SOFTWARE may not be used on sites that are pornographic, hate related, racist or other types of sites that Graphicalic Denmark in it's sole discretion sees as being unsuitable. Graphicalic Denmark may also at its sole discretion exclude websites or companies from software licenses. If you are using the SOFTWARE on a website and you are notified by Graphicalic Denmark to remove it you agree to do so immediately. This SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
MAINTENANCE
Graphicalic Denmark is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the SOFTWARE. However, any maintenance or updates provided by Graphicalic Denmark shall be covered by this Agreement.
DISTRIBUTION
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the software found on our site as you wish; give exact copies of the original version to anyone; and distribute the software in its unmodified form via electronic and physical means (diskettes, CD-ROMs, DVDs, etc). There is no charge for any of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made and prohibited from charging for access to the software unless you obtain a custom license agreement from Graphicalic Denmark.
Any software that you have bought are only licensed to be use on one computer and is personally. Any bought software may not at any time be lent, giving or used by others. If you have bought the software you can only transfer the bought license to another person if you request for a transfer of license to Graphicalic Denmark. Any request for license transfer have to be included the order number that you recieve when your payment was accepted. Whitout this order number Graphicalic Denmark do not accept any transfer of license.
