The opening page.
Go to: Customer Card, Customer List, Product List, Employees
The customer list to the right is customer where you have set a date for the next contact - only today or earlier dates will put the customer on the list. The date is change on the Customer Card (screen #3 to 6 and #10). |

List of all customers - click the small arrow or the name to open the Customer Card.
The date change to red when it is time for the next contact. The date is set on the Customer Card.
The blue arrow to the left will change in colour if the customer is set as a supplier (green) or STOP (red).
This colour follow the customer on every part of the CustomerBase. The blue line in top and buttom also change to match the selected setting. To change the setting go to the Customer Card and click "Change Data" - on the Customer Card Main you can change the setting on the blue field to your right (screen #10). |

The Customer Card. Here you will find all standard information about your customer and contact as well as much more.
To your right you have a complete list of all customers in the system. Click on a name and the main window will show the information for the selected customer.
Next contact date can be inserted at the top.
The last part of the window is a list of notes, you have made. The newest note are listed first. Click the date or contact name to open the Note Card (screen #12). |

The Customer Card is made with five subcategories. The first part of the card are the same on all five. The last part is first Notes (see screen 3) and second Correspondence.
Here you will see a list of all correspondence made to the customer. The list is sorted by date. The the rigt on each line you can see of it was a mail or latter that have been made. Click on a line and the Correspondence Card opens (screen #13). |

The third part is Invoice.
Here you will find a list of all invoices made to the selected customer.
The list is sorted by date except all paid orders are moved to the larst part of the list. Click on one of the lines and the Invoice Card opens (screen #14).
To the right of the list you can write any important information regarding the orders for the customer. Under this you can see the total turnover for the customer and you can also set the standard discount rate for the customer. This discount is used on every order item but can be manual change for each when making an order. |

Assignment
As a privat investigator you know how important the first description of the assignment is. You need to remember any special agreements that is important to the job. Here is the list of all assignments for the selected customer. Click on an assignment and the Assignment Card open or add a new... (screen #15) |

Report
For each assignment you need to be able to add different reports.
This is the day to day work on an assignment. Click on any line to open the Report Card - or add a new report to an assignment. (screen #16) |

The last part is the Comments.
Here you can write any comments regarding the customer that is nice to have near by all the time.
Set the consultant and project manager for the customer so others quickly can find the correct person to talk to. |

From the Front you can go to the Employees database. Here you can save all information regarding an employee and at the same time use this on the Customer Card to set the consultant and project manager for the customer. |
