CRM is short for Custom Relation Manager. It can be seen as a personal information manager (PIM) but the idea is to make one system where all information about a customer is collected at one location in the company.
Everyone can find the information of any customers easy and makes sure that just because a staff member is leaving the company, you will have all the information saved. This makes it so much easier to hold on to the customer - and as your sales department properly already have told you - it is easier to make a sell to an old customer then to find a new one.
CRM can be build in many different ways and hold different kind of information's. InvestigateBase gives you the ability to save information of the customer, all contacts within the company of the customer, follow the history of communication with these contacts, add orders, add the agreement of the order, make reports for each day or overall reports and by these get the overview of the work on a case - and that is just to tell you about the basic abilities InvestigateBase give you.

InvestigateBase is made easy for the user and we have collected the most used functions within the system. It can be build to match any company size but the standard edition and the normal customized system are in a size that suits these companies the best.
We do not include accounting, invoices and back office abilities in these standard and normal customized solutions. This is only made in customized solutions for customers that we know and have worked with for some time - no revolution but simply safety with our solution. You properly need an easy to use application that can grow with the company or can be expanded in the acceleration of you choice - not something you want us to decide. InvestigateBase offer you just this.

Customer Base
When you start the program it opens on the start page where you can select between going to the Customer Card, the list or to close the program. Click on any of the buttons to go the selected part.
If you choose to go to the Customer Card this page open. Here you have all detail for one customer.
Click on search to find another customer. Insert a note of the latest conversation between you and the customer. Find information about a contact at the customer.
On the Customer List page you will find a list of all customers you have inserted in InvestigateBase. Search or scroll down to the customer you need and click on the small arrow in front of the name to go to the Customer Card.
Invoice Information We can customize any part of the InvestigateBase. The standard customized solution is changing the graphic to your company's colour and logo. But we can do so much more... Change the Order Information Base to serve you even better then our standard InvestigateBase because no two companies are working in the same way with the same kind of people. Change the Custom Card to show that information you always need. Change the output so you can print reports directly from InvestigateBase to be handed over to your customers. We can even make it possible to insert video, sound, picture and link to other kind of documents that you need to access from InvestigateBase. If you like the way our standard edition work it can be made to match your special needs. Limitation InvestigateBase is based on the program FileMaker. The demo version will work on every computer with Windows 9x, NT, Windows 2000, ME and XP. If you have FileMaker Pro 5 or newer you can order the FileMaker files, and you can use InvestigateBase in the program. Import data
If you have your records written in another database to day you can import those into the InvestigateBase - the program supports most databases. Check it out by selecting Import in the file menu. We offer to test the import of data or to make the import to our database. |
