| Why do I always start on the front page when I open the program? Click the Setting option in the top right corner to enter the option for customizing the program. On the Start Page you can select any page you want the program to use at the start page. Older version: Movie Catalogue are set to open on this page. Go to any other page from there. Click the link "List" that you find at the bottom on all pages. When open click the "Set Start page link at the button and select any page that you want the program to start from from the list on the page that open. I have lost my program, what do I do ? Write to fm@graphicalic.dk with information about your name and the e-mail address you used when your first ordered the program and the order number you received either from us or from RegSoft when we accepted your payment. As a registered user you can always get a new download link. All pages are blank and I cannot select any movie? I enter new information to a blank record but it is not saved? You most be in "Find" mode. Go to the menu and select View > Browse. You can always see what mode you are in by looking at the button of the program. How do I change the sort order? On both list pages you can sort the list by clicking the small icon beside the list name at the top of the list, or you can select the "Sort Records" at the bottom of the page to enter your own special sort. Some of my records have disappeared. Are the data lost? They are probably just hidden (omitted). If you have the Status Area open : Look at the left side of the screen where the book is in the grey area. If the Status Area is hidden you can make it visible by going to the Setting pages and change the status of the Status Area. You can show all records by click and hold down CTRL and click J. This will find all records. Or you can click "Find All" at the bottom of the page. Can I use keyboard command when working with Movie Catalogue? Yes you can. Open the help menu to find a complete set of commands you can use. The program is locked. I cannot add any new movies or change in the data I already have inserted. You must have changed the setting on the SE page. If you have changed the setting from HOME-USER to READ-ONLY you will need your access key to enter the program to change this setting. Request this key by sending your order number and name to us. If you did not buy this version you will need to upgrade your program to the SE version. Contact us for more information. The update function do not import all my records from the old version. Open the old version and click CTRL+J to find all records - you need to do this on both the movie pages and actor pages. Close the program. Go to the location where you have installed the old program and copy all the files ending with .USR. Go to the location of the new program and enter the OLD folder that was made when you installed the program. Add the USR files to this location. Open the new Movie Catalogue and go to the Update page (Settings -> Update) and first empty the database. The click Convert Files -> when finished click "Import Data" -> when finished all your old data should be imported correctly. Did this solve your problem? If not please write to us here » |
