Special Edition

The Special Edition is made for those that use the program as a user friendly database that other people need to access to read about the movies and/or select movies from.

When the program is set to be a READ-ONLY program you can let anyone access the database.
No data can be change and you have total control of the data that is inserted.
The user can enter Movie Catalogue just as you can in the demo.
The user can enter all pages except the Setting pages and read all information about a movie, search for a movie, go online (direct search on Google or IMDB) if the computer is online.

The user cannot make any changes in the data.
In this function the user can only change one setting: Check Out or Not Available.
This is function is only visible in the SE program where you can find it on the Movie Pages Main, Detail and Picture.

If the user want to chack out a movie he/she just click on the "Check Out" function (see screen picture) and the user get an option of setting the movie in one of two: "Available" or "Check Out"

If the movie is availble the user will select "Check Out" and the screen changes to a red background and the text "Not Available at the top of the page.
The is done on all movie pages.
On the list page the title is now on a red background and the text Not Available is inserted at the end of the list.



When you get the movie back from the user he/she or you can change the option back to "Available" by clicking at the same option and the screen change back to white and show the Check Out option again ready for the next user.

If you want to add a new title or change in the data for the tiltle already in the catalogue you will need to enter the program as the Administrator.
When you buy the program you will get the access code that we ask you to change to your personal access. By doing so we will no longer have access to the database but offfer you to save the code at us so you later can request it if you loose it.

This function make Movie Catalogue to a renting and / or sharing catalogue for the video store or the community that have a movie collection that are shared.
