As a registered user you can always get a new download link.

I enter new information to a blank record but it is not saved?
You most be in "Find" mode. Go to the menu and select View > Browse.
You can always see what mode you are in by looking at the button of the program.

How do I change the sort order?
Go to the menu and select Records > Sort... and change the order by removing or adding fields to the right side of the new window. Click Done when finished.
The sort order will be remembered by the system and you will need to change the order again if you want it to sort differently.

Why can I not make a search on all the information I have entered?
You can do that.
Click the search button on the button of the page and enter any information in any field you want to search for. If you can not select a specific field you will need to go to the page from where you have entered the data to do the search.
There are many functions you can use for narrow you search. Plesae read about these in the Help file.

Some of my records have disappeared. Are the data lost?
They are probably just hidden.
Look at the left side of the screen where the book is in the grey area.
Here you can always see the number of records and how many is found. If there is a found number it means that some of the records are hidden.
Click Find All at the button of the screen.

Can I use keyboard command when working with Music Catalogue?
Yes you can.
Go to the help file and click on "Graphicalic Organizers" and select "How to use Music Catalogue" and look for "Keyboard commands".

In earlier versions I had a grey area to the left with information about the number of records and more. Now I cannot find it?
As default we have hidden this function from version 4.5.
You can set it to be visible as default by clicking on the small screen pict, that you can find at the buttom of the screen to your left, just after the zoom buttoms.
If you open the book function you will need to change the size of the window manual. These changes are remembered by the program.
