One part of the Organisation Research is the Project Management.
On this page we will look at Project Management and go through the different parts to show what you can use it for.
The Project Base is the start of the program.
This is where you come when you need to add a new project and where you have the overview of the project and the participates.
When you add a new project the list of participates are empty. This is normal because there will not be any participating in the project before you have signed them up to be a part of the research project.
To sign an organisation or person up to participating has to be done on the Organisation Card. When a project is added you can go directly to the Organisation Card from this start page of Project Management.
When there are organisations signed up they will show up on the list on the start page automatic. If there is a red dot behind the organisation name and contact name if means that the consent agreement is not signed. If it is green it means that it is signed.
When you add a new project you just write the start date and the expected end date. You can also describe over all the duration of the interviews in a free text field.

The next page is called Project Method and here you can write the metod you plan on using for the research project.
We know that the metod not always are the same and depending on the research it can change for one to another. That is the reason for writing it for each project.
On this page you can also see the questions attached the project.
Again if it is a new project the list will be empty but click on the Add New Questions and you will go to the Question database.

The Question database is the collection of questions for each project.
Write each question and if you are going to use predefined answers, you also write these.
For each question you write it will turn up on the list to you right. Go from one question to another by clicking on the question you would like to see or change.
For each new question click the Add Next on top of the page.
When you are finished click ..to Project Card and you are back to the Method page in the Project Management. The next page in the Project Management is the Consent Description.
Here you can write the agreement that you would like each participant to sign before you start an interview.
You can use this description in the Research Management, but more about this later.

The last page is the Workload/Privacy page.
Here you can write about the expected workload of the project and any privacy consideration you may have had about this research project.

When you are finished with the project description you can print the complete description for the selected project by clicking the button Print Project.
This will result in a report with all the information for the project with out the questions.

At any page you can go to the Project List - this is also the page you start on when entering the system from the front page.
Here is a list of all research projects added Organisation Research.
Click on any of the project names to go to the Project Base page or if the list is long you can sort it by project name, start date or end date by cliking on the small icons to the left of each headline.
You can also make a print of the selected list.
