The Organisation Research have also a Research Management system.
On this page we will go through the Research Management to show what you can use it for.

The Research Start is the head of the program.
This is where you come when you add a new participate to a project.
On the Organisation Card you click the Add Research button or if a research project already have been added it will be on the Participating list on the Organisation Card, and you just clik on the research name on the list. In both situations you will open this page, the Research Start.
On this start page you can insert different running information as interview date, the clock the interview started and ended. Also a date for transscribtion, review, correction and analysing the data.
Set the date for the next contact and the write the reason for this contact - the date is on the research list, and it can therefore be used as a reminder list as well.
Note that the green line is directly connected to the consent sign field. When this field is set to
YES the line is green (also on the next pages, on the Organisation Card and on the Project Base) and when it is set to
No it is red.
At the buttom of the page you can set the progress of the research regarding the selected organisation. You can choose from 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100%. When you change the rate the system change the progress bar just uder it. This progress bar is also visible on the Research List as a thin line.
The next page is called Research Questions and here you have a list of all questions for the selected project and the answers that the selected contact have given you. This is just a quick list, if you need to follow up on something or just need to se the answers.
The first time the list is empty. Click the Add/ Change Answers and the Answer database opens. First time you need to select a number (normally the first one) from the drop-down list. When you do this all the questions for the selected projects become visible on the list to your right.
Go from one question to another by clicking on the questions.
When you enter a questions the Answer field will open as a drop-down menu from where you can select any predefined answers. If you need to write a unique answer just click in the field and write. When you are finished you will be asked if you accept this answer. Answer Yes and the answer is saved to the contact.
When you enter this part after you already have added the answers once, you can move between the questions and answers. Note that the fields are not locked.
You can print all the contact answers or all answers made for the selected project by using one of the top buttons.
When you are finished click the ..go to Research Card. Yu can also go to the Project Card from here.
Back in the Research Management system you can select the Consent page.
Here you have the text you made for the project. Note that any change made here also affect the text in the Project Management and therefore all Research Cards under this project.
The reason for this text being here is that you can export it to Word. Click the Print Letter and your default text program opens (you can be asked to select it the first time). When the program is open you select CTR+V and the consent text together with the organisation name, address and contact is inserted ready to print.
Or you can click the Mail Letter button to insert the text in a new mail using your default mail program.
The next page in the Research Management is the How To...
